Hydrosols, also known as floral waters or plant distillates, are aromatic water-based solutions produced during the steam or water distillation of essential oils. They contain the water-soluble compounds of plants, offering gentle therapeutic properties and a mild fragrance. Hydrosols are commonly used in skincare, aromatherapy, and natural remedies due to their soothing, hydrating, and antibacterial benefits.
